Addiction does that to people. It just consumes them. My brother was an addict it was difficult living with him most of the time. He died from it 2 months ago. I know it's hard to look at with sympathy for the person while they are alive, I didn't till he died I just see it in a totally different light now. But I know how you feel! Their were times I told my mom it was either him that leaves or me so do something about it. Sorry you are going through that. I'm hear if you need someone to talk to about it.
