my son had this same problem until we switched his car seat. i figured the infant car seat wasnt comfortable anymore . switched to a convertible car seat and he is fine

Mine hates his car seat but I cant change it right now. So i turn the music up and let him cry unfortunately lol

Girl, I am so over it ! My baby has been that way since she was a few weeks old. We even bought her a brand new car seat thinking she didn't like the first one. We put a mirror that lights up and plays music but she doesn't care. She had me stopping in traffic, putting my car in park on the freeway because I had to keep giving her her pacifier every time she spit it out from screaming. I just learned a few months ago now that I can sing to her and she will be okay. It's easier now that she can sit up more and look outside or see outside through her mirror and see me. When her dad isn't in the backseat with us and I have to drive alone, I want to cry too. 😭

@brittvaughn91, ugh this literally sounds like my daughter. She'll do good most of the time but when she doesn't she screams like crazy! Ugh I've almost pulled over on the freeway too. 😭

I have been told that it doesn't hurt the baby to cry and that it's good for them. They also won't remember it anyway. Luckily, my baby doesn't have a cry baby personality. She only cries in the car or if she needs something. So happy that they grow out of that stage ! You can try car seat toys and a musical mirror or they also have those portable white noise radios that also plays other music at BuyBuy Baby for $10
