Have you tried Zantac. My son takes it and it helps his reflux a lot. My son is on alimentum. How much does he spit up? It's okay if they spit up a little bit, only if it is projectile and a lot is it a problem. My son does spit up every so often but not enough to be a concern.

@starienite, I have not tried that. But sometimes it's a projectile thing and others it's just spit up thing. I'm just concerned.

Ask your doctor about it. Hopefully it's nothing to be too concerned about. Be careful not to over feed him too. If they eat too much they will spit up too. My son spits up sometimes if He does not burp enough during his feeding too. Hope this helps.

My daughter was throwing up a lot so I asked the doctor and she said babies peek throwing up between 3-6 months and it's usually normal if she doesn't seem bothered or uncomfortable. She said it'll decrease at 6 months and she was right she's 6.5 and it's gone down drastically only a little spit up on rare occasion now. Hopefully that'll ease your mind. (She's on gentle ease formula)
