some kinde of allergic reaction i would think but im no doctor :/ i wouldnt no for sure ive just seen hive like that before

My son had that!! I took him to the doctor and by the time I got home it was gone. They said they had a few hundred babies coming in within the past few months with that and it was just a virus

@adrianliam, he had no other symptoms besides being fussy as well! I wish I still had the picture but it looks identical!

I thought it could be just dry skin but I googled it and it seems like allergies. But now that you say that it makes me feel a little better that somebody else went through this @trice4990,

@adrianliam, yeah I panicked and took him to the doctor right away! They went away really fast but periodically for like the next week or 2 they'd pop up for a few hours

His seem to pop up in the evening. They are very light during the day but in the evening they turn bright red. @trice4990,
