I've had clients before say, oh not so good, or horrible. that's when I just listen to them because maybe they just someone to talk to.

lol i always answer truthfully and sometimes it's a good conversation started, other times it scares people away haha

@dawnrose true, I think everyone deserves to vent and for someone to listen to them instead of always being talked over, ignored, etc.
