What age do babies start talking so you can fully understand them?

my son will be 2 in feb. I can understand most of what he says

@allyk.xmommy only I know what my son wants and ask for but no one else does but my son only can say a few word he mainly use gestures

i talk to him but not as much due to being so busy 😥

My oldest is 3 1/2 and makes sense most of the time but gets things backwards and my youngest is going to be 2 and only I can understand him. Haha
