hya @mullika91 i had one last week its a matter of minutes, theyl ask you what pain relief youd like, check you can tip your head back and check your throat, check your spine and will explain epidural and spinal blocks in case you ask for or may need one in labour x

Thanks @ginnyw132, I don't know why I didn't have one with my son because I kept saying I could really do with speaking with someone about it 😕. Thank you gives me a sense of relief knowing nothing is wrong 😣 xx

When I had one it was just to go over a couple of things with pain relief, they asked what I wanted for pain relief, explained a few things about epidural etc. X
