I lost a good part of my mucus plug I'm a little nervous and I'm starting to get more and more painfull pains down below what do I do?

You can let your doc know but usually if it's clear it's fine. People lose parts of their mucus plugs sometime weeks before they deliver. And at 34 weeks I had some pains on my pubic bone and bladder and what felt like my cervix so I think that's normal as well. Are you feeling contractions ?? If so then I'd probably call juuuust in case

Since you are at 34 weeks, I would probably call your doctor/midwife... just to make sure all is well
