please help.my 2 yearold son says sorry for everything,if he drops something,spills something bump.into someone.i keep.telling him its ok.he doesnt need.to.say sorry.he even apologizes when he has done anything (if someone else gets hurt).help how do i get him to stop saying sorry for everything.

i hope so ,its just that he says it so often its like he thinks his going to be in trouble for minor things im not strict at all with him so i find it odd

My daughter said sorry a lot (still does sometimes) sometimes "aww sorry about that, my bad" lol. I think she was just figuring out where to place it, she's almost 4 now and knows how to use it appropriately. I think she just likes hearing herself say it. They go through phases. Try not to worry too much 😊

My son does that .... it used to make me feel sad when he said it. But I'm glad he's loving and cares about others, he does it sometimes. I told him sorry If you hurt somebody . I hold him and say I love him and don't be sorry for everything it's ok .
