So my daughter is 13 months old and she doesn't really want to walk it's not that she can't do it she rather crawl around. Is this normal? Also, she can talk and piece two words together and says I love you. But when do they really start to walk??

My daughter started around 13 months too. Maybe put things up high that she loves to encourage her to get on her feet? Like her favorite toy up on a table or something? Since she knows how to do it I wouldn't worry! But I'd try that!
