FYI moms about 90 percent of the time your child is throwing up and it actually looks like throw up it is a stomach bug. No they do not have to have a fever or anything else it's the basic stomach bug. My son had it and really acted fine besides throwing up and not hungry. I've seen a few on here super worried and saying they aren't sick because they don't have a fever when In reality they don't need to have anything else wrong with them to have it...my son was exactly like this with diarrhea then I got it then my husband we all didn't have a fever or anything...ok I'm done now lol oh and the stomach bug is going around like CRAZY so yes it's possible
