I'm starting to realize how unhappy i am and I've been unhappy for awhile ,don't get me wrong the only thing that makes me feel better is knowing I have a beautiful baby boy on the way but I'm unhappy with the person whose the father , I'm just very disappointed , I've had too much of an high expectation of how my love life would go , even now I feel like my time is being wasted , he rather play games than try to work and build a future, help me get an apartment etc ,after all the times he fucked up I just don't have the patience to allow him to show me different. and kicking him out my life wouldn't work either because of our son . I'm just very used to keeping someone out my life for good and never contacting them again when I'm over them but because we share a child I feel stuck 😧.

Hopefully he can smarten up when you have the baby..I know sometimes it just doesn't hit them yet.. But it's no excuse for him. He still needs to step up.

This happened to me. I left my ex during my pregnancy. It was horrible but the right decision. Now that being said I know you said you're used to just leaving someone when you're done but as the father he does have certain rights. I'd try to make it work as co-parents before you decide to cut all ties. I'm not saying stay with him if you don't want to just try to be civil and make things work for the baby.
