Believe it or not a light workout can help! Also it's a scientifically proven fact that it's easier to have the big O after a workout haha. Magazines and medical research are fun reads. ;-) Also try looking into testosterone levels? Higher levels usually mean higher sex drive. Could be you're low? If that's not it id suggest finding an activity that boosts your morale all around like yoga or reading a sexy romance before. Idk these are just my off the wall suggestions haha. @samanthagreen9691, that's my concern though, I haven't had the baby yet. I'm 20 weeks and I keep reading that my hormones should be raging and they aren't
