hey ladies im new here. me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive for about a year now. i am 18 days late very nauseas in the mornings but no vomiting, i spotted very lightly for three days about a week before my period, ive been getting bad hot flashes and now a white creamy discharge. i took two pregnancy tests one 2 days after my missed period and one a week after and both negative. i also have light cramping but nothing too bad. i need some advice. a nurse at work told me to wait until i was late a month but im really impatient lol.
