Ovulation kit. You take a test everyday until it says positive. I'd do it for 2-3 months and you should have a pattern.

So the ovulation kit works regardless even though I haven't had a period since 2015 I don't see how that is possible @js_kidsmom,

yes because it will tell you if you ovulate or not.

@js_kidsmom, if I haven't had a period how can my body be ovulating if I have just given birth I'm sorry to be so technical but I'm so darn confused. Maybe a medial professional could chime in.

I didn't start to track my ovulation until my first period. Before that, we used protection. I use the glow app now to track my cycle/ ovulation
