Hi ladies!!
I just wanted to share a bit about me, My name is Esperanza but like to be called Espy. I got married sept 2015 to my lovely husband josh. And soon after May 2016 we had our baby girl Leilani! She is now 7 months old and full of life. She brings so much joy and love to us. But I am suffering with ppd, i put off getting help for so long! And I recently talked with my church and they told me to build community around me, which brings me back here! I want to try to make new friends/pen pals that can relate! This has been such a hard season for me but I know with God and a few good friends I can make it through!! I would love to chat, write letters, etc! Just let me know! I also have ppd and it's been hard to deal since I didn't tell my husband or my family. Its gotten better with distractions like going to he gym.

That's good to hear!! I didn't know how to tell my husband! I mean I just had a beautiful baby what more could you ask for right? It was so hard for me to admit that I needed help. @liliana_1124,

I've been in your position. fortunately my hubby was good about it and helped me through it. I joined the ppd group here. the women are amazing and it truly helps to talk. hope you join soon, if not I'll add you.
