Why do women feel the need to shame or make other women feel bad for not breastfeeding their child?…
Why do women feel the need to shame or make other women feel bad for not breastfeeding their child? We should encourage and reassure each other that we are doing a great job as parents! No matter what way you feed your child, isn't what's best for them that they are fed? It's great that you feel comfortable enough to breastfeed, but not everyone does!
Just a thought. 💜💜
*This is by no means an attack on anyone who breastfeeds. We are all doing great as parents! 😊

I felt so supported when I was pumping for my daughter, she couldn't physically breastfeed. When I made the decision to stop I felt so horribly judged. People told me to take supplements and to pump even more. I was already doing it every hour and a half and I was miserable. I didn't get to enjoy my daughter because I was trying to meet everyone else's expectations. I just ignore it now. I have an amazing daughter, formula didn't change that.

When I told people that I was formula feeding my daughter I got so many nasty comments and people telling me that it's so much better to breastfeed. It made me super upset. We are not being selfish. We are not
being bad moms. We are doing what we feel is best for us and our child. I too ignore it now and shut people down when I hear them shaming other moms. 😂😂 We are feeding our babies! Complain about something else please! Haha! 😊
