Cannot swallow anything including liquids. woke up to my covers and pillows everywhere because I've been twisting that much in my sleep. i fell asleep at 9 last night, woke up at 8am and still knackered. :/ So glad my OH stayed up with Hope last night (because he's getting ready to work nights again). not sure I would have been much use last night.
