Wait. Women shouldn't get pregnant if they don't want a baby or can't have a baby cuz of low resources . What women need is not to be allowed to abort, but to be taught how to protect themselves from being pregnant instead. And provide help on that matter. There is TOO MANY ways to protect yourself . No reason in the world to be pregnant without wanting it.
