I think it's situational. If you have been in a really bad relationship that isn't so easy to get out of, I could imagine the guy treating her better being the guy she cheated with. I think anyone deserves a chance but they need to go into it slowly knowing it's always a possibility. Sometimes when you're not happy things are bound to happen. Personally I say get out if you're unhappy, that avoids cheating to begin with... But some people are just not meant to be like they think.

Probably not. I don't believe "once a cheater, always a cheater" but I don't think they would resist the temptation to do it again.
