I was induced with my daughter they gave me the pitocin at 1pm and I had her at 4:24 pm the same day. I was fine at first I was talking the phone laughing and joking. Then I had bowel movement then my contractions kicked in full force every 45 seconds to 1 minute. I couldn't even get off the toilet. They had to turn the pitocin off for me to get up. I was 4 centimeters when I went in the bathroom and I was 6 centimeters when I came out. I sat on the ball then felt a lot of pressure so they made get on bed and I was 8 centimeters. My contraction came on very strong. I am happy I was only in active labor for 30 minutes. I had urge to push before I got to ten. I had to breath through contractions. And my water did not break until I was at 10 and my came out right after. I wish I didn't get induced it was more painful then regular contractions. The contractions come harder. My doctor didn't make it to the hospital to deliver my daughter. I didn't have medication so my experience is different than someone with medication. Good luck.

Probably just go with the flow. Birth plans usually go out the window. If things don't go exactly as you think/hope, don't beat yourself up! Just do your best and it'll be fine :)
