I have a question about being induced. To tha mommies that were induced. Did ur delivery go smooth…

I didn't have any issues from being induced. I didn't like it at all, but birth isn't that fun and enjoyable anyway. from start to finish it as 14 hours. I got the epidural and some other form of pain relief so I was pretty numbed up. For me the worst part was after I had my son I had tore so they had to sew me up and that's what really freaking hurt the most.

Being induced isn't always bad! I was induced at 38 weeks and only had 13 hours of labor and felt it went smoothly. I didn't have to have pitocin though, my doctor gave me cytotec to prepare my cervix and that ended up starting contractions. So even though I was induced I was told my experience was pretty close to a natural labor.

I was induced but I had a horrible labor and I doubt it was the cause.

@kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom, @nicoler, @brendasue502, thank u ladies!! I expect that the delivery wont be a cakewalk but I just dont want to allow an option that will make it worse. I appreciate ur input.

While I was in labor my contractions started to slow down. I had to be induced to keep them regular and then speed them up during pushing. It was really helpful to have even though labor was rough.
