When I was sick my OB wouldn't let me. She had me take plain Tylenol and zyrtec for sinus and then prescribed a pregnancy safe cough medication. Definitely call your doctor or ask a pharmacist before taking it.

No, you cant take the phenylephrine. You can look up the meds list for pregnancy and your OB should also have a list to give you. Sucks I know! 😏

I did look up some but I'm taking robitussin now but it seems like it's just making me feel worse @kenitra,

I go to the doctor tomorrow so hopefully she prescribes me something because Tylenol doesn't really work for me @mary.ann.ko95,

I hear ya. I got some kind of virus on my first trimester and it was miserable! On top of already feeling sick every day from the hormones. I was going to bed at 6:30 pm every night when I got home from work for like 3 weeks.
