I rub baby Vicks on my daughter feet and put socks over, Saline and snot sucker is good. if she's coughing and her chest is congested you can turn the shower on as hot as it goes and wait till it gets all steamy, and take her in there and sit in the bathroom with her (do not put her in the shower) and let her breathe in the steam. should help break up chest congestion
like 10 minutes, no more than 15. I'd strip him to a diaper before going in there so he doesn't get hot. you can always call your pediatrician and see what they recommend
