It's official potty training time! Delos has taken his diaper off twice within the last 20 minutes. He has been bringing us diapers and pulling at his clothes to get to the diaper. This has been going on for 3 days now. It's exciting but scary. Any tips? We have a cheap potty for him that we will keep in our room.

dont let him play with the potty and only let him use it to pee and poo in it. :-)
