Need info I just turned 21 and I have never drink before and would like to try it but my soon to be two year old still breastfeeds and I don't want to hurt him through my breast milk any tip or should I just wait? ???

there are also test straps you can buy, that will determine if there is alcohol left in the milk.
There's new research that says u don't have to do anything and the baby will be fine. But if u just really concerned u can wait like 2 hours to feed him the alcohol should be diluted by then
My logic was if I pumped enough to last while I was out and then when I came home I pumped and dumped. By her first Morning feeding like 9am I was clean. I bought strips at Walgreens to test if no alcohol had passed

You can enjoy a drink just pump before and then pump and dump after.
pump LOOOTS. And feed baby big time before drinking. when baby is hungry again, he'll have mommy milk ready in the freezer for him
