@ttcmke, I've read that it can really boost fertility. I should definitely eat fertility boosting foods and stop eating processed foods so much. I eat that every day along with chips and sweets but I mainly drink water, nothing else so that's good lol. The only working out I do is squats so I should workout more than that. I will pray for you girl! This year will be your year!🙏🏽✨
@ttcmylovebug, I've been hitting the gym and starting to eat healthier so I'm hoping it's benefitting me in this process
@ttcmke, I haven't been to the doctor at all last year but I went towards the end of 2015 and they said everything was good, I had no problems. We didn't start trying until July of last year. I'm assuming it's because I'm not healthy, I eat so bad! Being healthy plays a huge part in ttc. I'm sorry you have PCOS, I can't imagine how hard the five years have been for you😣😓
@ttcmylovebug, no you're fine! You can complain all you need! And have you talked to a dr to see why it might be taking so long? I have PCOS so that's what's been my issue
@ttcmke, Omg😣 I'm sorry! I shouldn't have complained... I hope you get your bundle of joy soon! Girl the only thing I know how to do is check my cervix and CM lol. I actually don't have much CM. This month I barely had any EWCM 😒 I used to have a lot before BC which I was only on for a year. I also have a horrible diet, I eat mainly junk and processed foods🤦🏼♀️ I'm going to do my best to eat better. I just started taking prenatals and folic acid.
@ttcmylovebug, 5 years 💔 but they say on average, it can take a little over a year! Do you know how to temp, check the cervical fluid and all that? Believe me, I could write a book on how to check all this lol
Ugh! I understand!! We've been trying for seven months now! 😤 And I'm pretty sure AF is about to come because I know how my body gets before she shows up! So next month will be eight months! Like I'm so fed up 🤦🏼♀️😣 I know some people have been trying longer than that but eight months feels like forever. I'll pray for you! How long have you been trying?
