OMG my mom has been going all out in the Puerto Rican food lately it's like I'm in heaven, the night before she made chuletas fritas with tostones and mayo-ketchup , salad and piñacolada , last night she made Arroz amarillo con abichuelas y patitas de cerdo and some escabeche de camaron y guineitos. and tonight I'm making relleno design papa's and I cant wait to eat them. I'll post pictures. BTW I KNOW THAT I MAY BE PREGNANT BUT IT MAY BE HARD TO BELIEVE BUT WE TRY TO MAKE OUR FOODS AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE LOL FOR IT BEING PUERTO RICAN FRITURAS.
