my boyfriend thawing my breast milk under HOT water and saying "he's going to do it no matter what I say" OMFG I DONT THINK IVE EVER BEEN THIS MAD 😡 doesn't it lose the nutritional properties?!

your bf is a douche, they actually recommend you thaw with luke warm water.

Really?! I never heard about it losing value when frozen.. just hot water.. @cubanese I'll keep it in the fridge now!! And maybe he won't use hot water @queeenb, ikr.. pissed me off so bad
