Tinley has had horrible diarrhea the last couple days. She's been staying fevered. She won't hardly eat. She won't hardly sleep. I don't know what else to do. If she's not any better by tomorrow I'm gonna make her an appointment.

I would take her to the hospital if I were. that sounds like possibly the flu

Try calling a local nurse hotline. That's a good option if you don't want to run to the ER and then maybe call her pediatrician
