🚨🚨🚨need some help 🚨🚨🚨 my 4 month old got these small red bumps last night around his belly button not sure if it's cause his diaper is to small or cause he's teething or if he was too hot? Shouldn't be an allergic reaction I've been using the same stuff for awhile and the bumps haven't gone up his chest since yesterday. (Looks a redder than normal cause I put diaper rash cream over it)

Looks like his skin is irritated have you changed laundry soap or not wash something he wore

Maybe it was something dirty.. I couldn't tell I thought I washed it but it looked dirty I think that could be why. But I'm almost positive it's not an allergic reaction or it would have spread right? @mommy2benntley,

It doesn't look like hives my hives never spread but they were supper itchy and looked like patches all over my chest and I ingested the food I was allergic too even though I told the teacher I was allergic to green beans

Yeah it's just irritation most likely if you are really worried he can have Benadryl but hives wouldn't hang around like that unless you repeatedly use that item on him
