I have a cheap baby carrier but it hurts my back and shoulders if I wear it for more than like 15 minutes. I was thinking it was time for a better one, but I'm not sure what features I need. What did you mamas go with and what did you like/dislike about your pick?

I like my Ergo. I e heard good things about Tulas as well but I've never tried them.

I have a Solly baby wrap and an Ergobaby 360. I love both, but the back and shoulder support is better on the Ergobaby. My husband and I wore Baby Girl at Disneyland for two days with no issues. Now she's big enough that she can sit inward facing and outward facing.

I love Ergobaby 360 4 positions. It is very comfort.
