Update: I had to take Silas back to ER cause he got worse. They think it might be strept throat so they prescribed amoxicillin. His fever has come down finally to 99.3. He feels better but worse at the same time. One min he's normal as can be while sick the next he's miserable. He's even lost his voice a little.
