Just found out I should be getting answers from the Head of Maternity at the hospital I gave birth…

Just found out I should be getting answers from the Head of Maternity at the hospital I gave birth at next week on why there were so many failures in my care, praying it stops someone else ending up in the state that I did, I wouldn't want my worst enemy to have to go through what I did and I'm still traumatised about it all to this day, hopefully after my meeting I'll actually be able to start dealing with it all properly and start getting over it
