RANT: 3 months later and I am still having random pain from my c-section! Not to mention the lovely fat shelf above the incision...dislike!!!!

My daughter is almost three and I still have a "fat shelf" my scar has not gotten smaller or faded and still a little fat shelf.

Yeah I'm 6 months pp and currently trying to get rid of my fat shelf😭

@dylansmom, I hope so! I notice that the days I am super active usually end with me in pain at the end of the day...I just thought at this point I would be a bit more healed, that's all 😕

It will get better. It takes a very long time to heal. Im 8 month postpartum and it still isnt 100%
