I put my son in his crib in the middle on his back and this is how I always find him up against the bars in that corner every night. Usually he flips on to his stomach almost right after I put him in there. Hey if that's how he likes to sleep I let him. He's strong enough where I don't worry about him suffocating.

Yeah that's why I don't worry. He has good head control and can flip tummy to back/back to tummy no problem. Plus I check on him too and he sleeps in my room @beebaby,

My daughter will not sleep unless she is against the crib bars. I'll hear her roll over and bang herself against them until she is as close as she can get to them 😂

Lol, my son too! @maddiesmommy022916, they say no bumper pads( I really follow my mommy instinct and how my son is) but I feel bad when I hear my son smack his head against them

I didn't use bumper pads until she could roll over well then I felt comfortable using them but even with bumper pads she still sounds like she hits the bars hard 😂. She will be one next month and I finally had to take them off because she kept pulling them down. I did try to weave them through the bars once she started pulling them off but it didn't help protect her any so I just took them out. Your son will be ok. You know what's best for him :)

That's true he probably would tear them down. I've thought about getting them but I don't think it's necessary. I think my son would be the same as your daughter. @maddiesmommy022916,

Yeah only reason I tried bumper pads was because they came with her crib set and she was constantly banging her head and getting her legs stuck and I was like I have them. I might as well give them a try. I wouldn't have bought them otherwise.
