She was sick this week and diagnosed with asthma. His visit is supposed to be monday from 9am to Wednesday at 2-3pm. He smokes inside his home and told me "he doesnt think its a big deal" ontop of that he informed me he himself is sick. So i asked if we could skip his visit this week because hes sick, and shes sick, plus just being diagnosed id prefer she stay home a week to get better so it doesnt end up serious. my doctor advisrd me not to send her anywhere and to stay home with her so i called into work too. Everything was fine and then all of a sudden his wife starts texting me and apparently they violated me for visitation even though he originally said it was fine. But they cancel their visit a minimum of once a month for various reasons. shes sick, hes sick, her kid is sick, didnt have a carseat for transportation, moving, really busy. Mind you our daughter is 14 months old.
