I spoon fed it with some breast milk to my son before his bottle. I started him on 4 months ( 3 years ago) but now drs are saying not to introduce food until 6 months.

Started my daughter when she turned 6 months but she didn't really liked it cuz it coagulated and thickened up real quick so t was hard for her to suck it out of the nipple
