@sophia21hazel01, her doctor told us to wait til 5 months but since about 3 she's been noticing table food. I would give her like the tiniest tries and she would be so happy. I knew she was ready. But I waited til this month. She started off with rice cereal but she couldn't eat it to well bc it doesn't have a thick texture so it would all spit out. But then my mom gave her some sweet potato she made and she LOVED it. The chunkier it is, it's easier for me to put it in the inside of her cheek.. some call me crazy and that's ok but you'll know when your baby is ready . Always start off with one food at a time tho
