she's usually up and active in the morning..
Is it normal for babies to sleep this much tho?

She woke up for diaper changes and to be fed, played a little then wanted to sleep

it happens. mine will still sleep for a long time sometimes

It changes as they develop. Sometimes my son has no appetite and is super active with no naps, the last few days he's been eating constantly and will sleep for like 4 hours at a time! Probably just a growth spurt :)
