Has anyone ever bought sperm from a sperm bank? How does it work? I know I might sound completely ignorant, because I am, but do you have to go to a dr and get it inserted?? Or can you like insert the semen inside of yourself??

I am a mom of two boys and now am very worried i haven't go to my doctor my appointment is on june 6. The problem is I got the IUD inserted and I do a pregnancy tesy normally everymonth since I started my relationship almost 5 years ago. I never got the IUD inserted but now this is what the pregnancy test gives me ... Just coment what do you see and if you had an experience with IUD before feel free to coment.
