Thanks! This was actually pretty cheap to make! I used pampers diapers so it's was alittle over 80$ just for those but everything else was from the dollar store!! The "dice" on the top I took old wrapping paper (Inside out/reversed it) and wrapped a full tissue box and cut circles out of black paper. @cynthiadeni, @haleyjordan825, @laurmic,

Well technically I have 5 kids (1,2,4,4,9) now and I'm pregnant (I own a daycare). I still had time to make this one. I would do it but I don't feel like people would want to pay the amount of money it takes just on diapers!! @kenitra,

People pay ridiculous amounts of $ for parties where I live, so I think it would work on Etsy! You could make several different sizes and price points.
