So my son will be 5 months on the 24th. All of a sudden he wants to eat every 4 hours instead of every 3. His last feeding of the night last night was around 7 and fell asleep around 7:30. He then woke up for a feeding at 2am and fell asleep soon after. And it's 4am now and he is wide awake! I have no clue what to do. He used to sleep from 5:30pm to 6am with a couple feedings in between. Could this be a weird kind of growth spurt?

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
