I have been dealing with postpartum depression and I think I have some anxiety but my boyfriend doesn't understand why I have it. I worry about everything and it seems to be getting worse I know I need to go see my doctor and see about getting a different medicine but I am having to do it all. I drive over an hour and twenty minutes to work one way I do that 4 days a week then I still go on my off days but even when I am home I am constantly trying to keep the room we share with out 9 month old daughter. He sleeps all day when she goes to my Mawmaw and when she is with him she will sleep in but when I am home and off she is up by 7am. I have been feeling like things are not going to change and I don't really know what to do anymore. He is a great guy and a great daddy but it seems like he is not motivated enough to help with the cleaning when he is home all day and he says oh when i put her down she crys but when I have said that it's I am babying her

my hubby also tells me im babying her and i should set her down and let her scream more.. but he's not the one here with her..also i think in any marriage or relationship that who ever is home most should clean most and do most of the house work its only fair..id sit down and talk with him about helping more because until you do nothing will change.also i have depression and major anxiety and ive had it for years im now taking lexapro and klonopin and have been for over a year except while pregnant i couldnt take the klonopin.but they both help alot for me.
