He could be colicky. That happen with my son for 3 weeks it was miserable but unfortunately it was just a phase and one that I had to wait for it to end on it's own. I use Similac advance non gmo and during the period of his random constant crying I would do similac for sensitive stomach and gassy and that helped him a little.

I also stayed on top of changing diapers, feedings, and trying to get him to sleep so I would know when it's random crying because of the colicky or if it was because he actually needed something.

My son was the same, I felt so lost. Gripe Water became a daily thing, now not so much. But keep in mind, maybe a growth spurt?

what bottles do you use? you could try prosobee or soy. and i would recommend a good bottle with the smallest amount of air as possible. i love dr browns vent system. life changer

also is this during sleep time or anytime? you can try a swaddle blanket for sleeping. there is one called the miracle blanket you can get from amazon. was night and day the difference he was able to relax and sleeo
