On the morning of 12/28/16 (40 weeks and 4 days) me and my fiancé went to my cousins to pick up the furniture she was giving us for our new place when it's done getting remodeled. After the 40 minute car ride I had told him while walking up to her house how I was having bad cramping in my back. He told me it was nothing. After we got the furniture I went and picked up my sister while my dad and him took the furniture to the house. Then we all went to breakfast and the cramps continued. Later that day with my sister and stepmom we went shopping. Around 8 pm I told my fiancé I thought I was in labor shortly later he came and picked me up and I went home to take a shower. The pains got so bad that at 10 pm we went to the hospital. When they took me into triage I was 4 cm dilated. They admitted me 10 minutes after I got my epidural. When the nurse checked me at 12 am I was 7 cm. By 3 am I was 10 cm dialated but with the epidural I was feeling no contractions. At 730am the nurse tracked my contractions and told me when to push but it didn't work because I couldn't feel them. At 1022 am on 12/29/16 my beautiful princess was born. After the fix the tear I had which took them about 45 minutes because it was pretty bad I finally got to hold my baby. Around 1230pm I passed out because my placenta didn't fully come out and my hemoglobin count was at 6. After that I didn't see my baby again till 9 pm. Forever wishing my Maternity leave never ends I can't get enough of my baby girl
