We may be getting my daughter a cat (Nala) on Friday. I'm excited for her. My husband and I grew up around cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, and birds. The cat we may be adopting isn't a kitten but the owner saved her from the Humane Society when she was a kitten, she's up to date on shots, in doors, good around children and other dogs and cats, is also chips and fixed. We get to meet her and the current owner first and see how our daughter reacts with her.
