Seven hours without my son's "Binky" Pacifier! It's time for me to get rid of it before he becomes way to attached to it. So far he's okay, he did wake up after nap time looking for it but I had to reassure him it's time to give Binky up, I hid both of them let's see from here!!

I tried around going cold turkey when my daughter a yeah and half but it did not work for us and I gave it back then 2-3 months later she destroyed the paci and got rid of it her self and ever since then she never looked for it or cried for it. I hope this works for you though I know you probably have it's of people telling you your baby needs to get off the paci

Yeah I'm hoping it goes well, so far he's not thinking about it which is good. If he whines I just hold him or make him laugh lol. I'm just hoping it goes well we shall see because for one I'm afraid it will mess up his teeth to. @amaperalta03,

It won't mess up his teeth only if he uses it pass 2 years old. My daughters teeth appeared messed up while on the paci but once off it her teeth somehow shifted and she has perfect teeth now
