Why is it that as soon as daddy gets home, he gets to nap with baby? 2 weeks old and into my maternity leave and I'm doing laundry, dishes, cleaning and lots of things I'm not even supposed to be doing 🙄 don't get me wrong, I love seeing my husband with our son, but it's also frustrating that he comes in and does this...he didn't even work a full day today! I don't get to sleep in or nap all day, and I'm the one that's up all night with him

It's rough I understand. I was and still am in the same position. The older my son got the better my fiance got with helping. It's so exhausting especially when you get up with them at night. My fiance had NO idea what it was like to get up with a baby only a few weeks old. He slept through all of it. He had no idea how hard and exhausted I was until about a month ago when I told him how it was. I remember sitting on the edge of the bed crying because my baby wouldn't go to sleep and I was so tired. It gets better mama! I kind of miss those newborn moments now. lol and to me the whole sleep when they sleep is crap. Who else is going to do housework and such.
