Just got done taking my daughter back to the doctor for her rash. All they told me was to continue…

Diaper rash?? My son when he was a couple months old had a milk protein allergy so his poop was like acid that gave him a horrible rash. His butt was so raw cream wouldn't even stick to it. This is what we did...soaked him in the tub in the evening, then would let him lay naked to air out. I would fan his butt. You want to keep it as dry as possible. Our pharmacist gave us a cream called calmoseptine that worked well. We would use the calmoseptine between poopy diaper changes and caldesene powder after he air dried from his bath. Eventually it went away. I know how frustrating it can be. The rash caused my guy a bunch of pain, it broke my heart. My son is still prone to getting a rash, especially if he has loose stool. I make sure to always lather on maximum strength desitin. I don't ever want to have to deal with a horrible rash again. Good luck momma!

My daughter when she was about four months had a rash that would not go away no matter what I put and It was just getting worse nothing worked when I took her to the doctor it turned out to be she had a yeast infection they gave me a cream antifungal one starting at putting it twice a day and it went away

Desitin rapid relief and baby powder.... my son had it bad too...

My son also has a milk protein allergy and his poo was acidy and his diaper rash would not go away. I switched formulas and by the end of that day the diaper rash was almost gone. It was crazy.

This stuff is wonderful on my son. Almost a year old and he hasn't had a diaper rash. I use it with every diaper change as it states to do so. (:
